Who you are is who you attract, so you have to be intentional about who you are. Get to know yourself, and design a brand you believe will attract the kind of people that believe what you believe.

Knowing who you are as a company really is important because until you know who you are,  you’re not going to know who you’re talking to. Once you know who you are, you will start attracting the kind of customers you want. This will allow you to do your best work.

A lot of the times we know who we are and we know what we care about. But in order to influence people, you need to understand what influences them. You need to understand your customers. You need to understand what they care about, what their problems and needs are.

Then you need to create bridge between who you are and what you care about and the problems and needs of your customers. Once you’re able to bridge the gap, your marketing will start kicking in, you will start attracting better clients and you’ll start doing more of what you love.
