The Rose Center for Dermatology

The Rose Center for Dermatology is a clinic dedicated to providing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services in Massachusetts.

The Brief

Rosemara Hughart, physician and founder of The Rose Center for Dermatology, came to us wanting a solid visual identity. This includes a logo, a website, and help with her social media page. She requested a specific color palette for her website and to include more lifestyle focused imagery that portrayed people with healthy skin.

The Context

Dr. Hughart is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with expertise in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She founded The Rose Center for Dermatology with the belief that her patients should be able to live life confidently without worrying about the state of their skin.

The Solution

Prior to now The Rose Center for Dermatology didn’t see the need for a website, so we made sure her first would represent her and her brand as best as we can.

Stemming from her name, we decided to make use of the rose as her symbol, and complemented it with colors that were as dainty and sweet as her. Aside from the symbol, we designed a monogram of the letters RCD for the client to use as an alternative.

Since most of her clients were of age, we wanted her website to be simple, clean, and easy to navigate. Small details like overlays of her logo across her website break up the plain background and contribute to her visual identity. The site also relies heavily on lifestyle images for visual impact.

For her social media page, we designed a banner and profile photo that ties in with her brand identity.

The process with the client has always been transparent – through steady and open communication we are able to deliver what the client wants.
