Sales and Business Development Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a talented superstar who wants to help our company expand through outbound sales. Someone who has EXCELLENT communication skills, is an ambitious self-starter, highly organized, and has a passion for success and sales. This is a full time position with base pay + commission.

We’re a marketing and creative agency helping small and medium sized businesses succeed online. Our mission is to impact and help 10,000 businesses succeed over the next few years. Since we’re a creative agency, we ask for someone with at least super basic knowledge of online marketing and creative services.  We offer the following services to our clients

  • Website design
  • Graphic design
  • Marketing consulting and strategy development
  • Content Creation & Media Production (Video services)
  • Online Marketing (automated marketing, Facebook/ google ads)

We serve the following industries (but not limited to)

  • Accounting
  • Law
  • Healthcare: Plastic surgeons, dentists, chiropractors etc
  • Experts: Consultants, authors, speakers
  • Construction: Contractors, home services, interior designers

Responsibilities:

To drive the growth of the company by generating new business opportunities and closing sales. Reaching out to companies looking for creative services and digital marketing. Creating and following up with leads, drafting proposals, and creating agreements.

  • Creating your own leads and reaching out to them.
  • Selling our services (listed above)
  • Having prospect meetings and presenting solutions
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Post sale: Onboard new clients with the help of Account Manager. No account management necessary as we have a full team to deliver the services. Your main goal is to sell services and make money.

Compensation: Base pay + 10% commission. Paid bi-weekly.

Requirements:

  • Motivated and driven to close deals
  • Prior experience in the industries we serve is a plus but not required
  • Prior B2B sales experience (or a relentless drive and strong communication skills)
  • Excellent selling, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Self-Confidence
  • Knowledge of online marketing and creative services
  • Willing to learn and grow.

This position is full time. Training on our service offerings will be provided.

We’re a startup: You’ll be contributing to the growth of the company, offering insight, ideas and execute on those ideas to create internal systems and processes for the company. We expect you to be intuitive and figure things out on your own, then collaborate and teach people in the company what you’ve learned.
